Steak & Chop Rub & Seasoning

Dry brined a chuck eye steak with steak and chop before I went to work. Got home 12 hours later, fired up the Smokey Joe and cooked indirect for 30 mins then finished fast and hot. When I say this was the best at home steak I’ve made, I’m not lying. This is my new go-to for all things steak. Incredible flavor and texture.

i used the steak and chop on some pork tenderloins that we grilled for sandwiches and man was it good. i actually did half with the steak and chop and half with the competition rub. both were great!

This is hands down my new favorite steak and chop rub. Can’t wait to use it more and more!!! Great flavors, great crust, and overall I’d recommend to anyone.
