Excellent Baseline

I really like the seasoning mix and use it as my baseline for most of my brats. I do mix 20% heavier, to enhance the flavor but keep the sodium in check. I add hot peppers and different cheeses to every batch, no 2 batches are ever the same.

Very potent! Required very little spice to make 5 pounds of Brats to try! First time ordering but will definitely order again!

Was missing from my original order so it was sent at a later date. We were done making sausage for this season. Will put in freezer for next year.
