Finally casing that don’t smell like they were pulled from an animal that died a year ago!
These are probably the 6th casings I tried until finally, they didn’t smell disgusting and leave a bad taste. Despite all the cleaning and soaking. Will be buying nothing but these from now on. The sausage maker and LEMs could learn a lot from these guys.
