Worked Great minus the user error :P

Once I got the handle on how much to put in the casing, how much space to leave at the end for expansion during the cooking process, and where to hog ring them closed they were awesome. Had a few blow outs during the cooking process, again user error for sure, but otherwise they did exactly as advertised. More to come for sure.
