Too much salt

Just got done tasting the Red Barn Bologna 958-B mix. Much too salty for my taste . Funny thing if you read the ingredients list for this product on line it list Dextrose first, salt second. On the product I received it list salt as first ingredient, dextrose second. Means more salt in the product compared to other ingredients. On the Speed Cure salt also listed as first ingredient. Isn't just the sodium nitrite enough, do you really have to add salt to the cure. Bet you don't publish the less than positive reviews
