New Favorite Fun Thing
Used for in-house cured buck board maple bacon. The nets have work fantastic at holding the meats together during the brining and then smoking process. Allowing us to have a great slicing product to use as a replacement for: diced pancetta, canadian bacon, and prosciutto in our holiday strudels.
