The only disappointment so far is the Wensleydale. This looks and tastes nothing like Wensleydale! It should be a bit drier and crumbly. Sally

This was the best Stilton we’ve tasted since we left England over 40 years ago. It was perfectly creamy and in great condition. We enjoyed every morsel.
