Cashel Blue is one of the best if not THE best blue cheese we've ever had! Love it!

Delicious Blue Cheese !

This is the first time I've tried Cashel Blue, and I really like the flavor & the texture. I would like to compliment the vendor on their fast shipping, & excellent packing. When I opened the parcel, there was still ice in the cold packs, & I live in Alberta. I will definitely be buying more of this & other varieties when my supply runs out, (but it will be a while because I'm a bachelor with only one mouth to feed if you don't count the Cat) By the way, the cat loves this cheese too !
