Head Cheese

Not sliced. Tasty but hard to slice. I have a manual Deli slicer for lunch meat and I couldn't even get through it with the sharpest blades I have. I did invest in an actual Deli electric meat slicer since I will use it for other things also because I do love my head cheese!

Head Cheese

This head cheese is the meatiest that I have ever purchased. Most contain more gel than meat. Excellent taste. I only wish it was sliced. Holding to slice by hand is difficult, but not a deal breaker. I will order again and recommend to all.
