This buttermilk powder is so fine, does not clump, and works perfectly in my recipes.

Pantry Staple
Don't drink buttermilk but do use for baking. Pancakes, bread, etc. This is so practical. Now, don't have to run to the store for buttermilk. Such a convenience! Haven't used yet, but MSS's products have all been absolutely first rate, so fully confident it will more than meet my expectations.
