Perfect!
I've been looking for spinach flakes and finally found them! And they are wonderful.

Excellent flavor but watch out for sharp stems
The flavor of these spinach flakes is better than those that I have used from other sources. It is natural and strong. I would have given this product 5 start except for how many stiff and sharp stem pieces are in it. No chef has time to sort through the dried spinach to find and remove them.
