Tasty & Economical

Dried Shiitake: They are beautifully clean. Good taste. Excellent addition to stews, soups & stir fry. A few were not at all tender even after soaking but it would be that way even with fresh (stalks). I like them b/c I can keep them on hand in the pantry.
