Potent!
The smoked salt is a great addition. It works without the use of an outside grill but use sparingly because it can overwhelm your other seasoning.

Clumpy
Good Hickory flavor…however, when the salt was packaged, either there was moisture in the salt itself or moisture was trapped in the package when it was sealed because when it was delivered, it was all clumpy. I deducted one star because I had to add a silica pack and store it for a few days to get rid of the moisture , then pulse it in a spice grinder to get rid of the clumps.
