This is a beautiful spice mix. I use it in my Middle Eastern cooking recipes and I have found many other good uses for it...like: on scrambled eggs and on roasted little potatoes. Excellent spice blend!

Just used this spice on some chicken thighs, was making Shwarma and added some of this. It was outstanding, really elevated the dish.
