Porcini Mushroom Powder

great flavor

Used the Porcini Mushroom Powder as part of a recipe for a rub on lamb chops. Seared the lamb in a skillet and then baked in the oven. First time use of the Porcini Mushroom Powder and was not disappointed.

bad heavy flavor

I tried using the powder in 2 recipes, it heavily influenced the dish and not in a good way. I threw the whole package in the trash tonight.
