Organic Grass Fed Beef Tallow (14 oz)

Product is great. Received 2 jars with shelf life date Jan 2027, just 6 months shelf life. Wrote company and they stated shelf life is much greater if refrigerated or frozen. I am now more confused on product true shelf life, since I ordered directly from company I was expecting at least 1 year shelf life. My first experience I feel cheated on shelf life.

Thanks so much for this wonderful beef tallow!! It's just what I need in my kitchen for cooking meat. I froze part of my order so that I'll have it hand as needed. Animal fat is an important part of a healthy diet.

We are using it when we stir fry our elk, bison and lamb. Love the added flavor it gives and the high heat range.
