Magnesium Bisglycinate

I immediately noticed sleeping better. I just started taking it so I don't have any other improvements yet. I will say that Transparent Labs products are the best I ever tried. And I tried them all. Thank you all and stay safe.

I have been using this product nightly for a few years. Magnesium is so important to so many different functions of the body. Knowing that I i’m getting it from a reputable company that cares about what I’m putting in my body makes it so much better. It’s my last supplement of the day before I go to bed. I hate the idea of sleeping without it.

I use it for recovery, and sleep. No negative issues. Very clean pure magnesium. At 63 years old it's a great arsenal in my clean well tested supplement stack. IT WORKS!!!!!
