I took this during pregnancy only briefly. Iron just was not for me but as always great product from Seeking Health

No extra vitamin c!

I recently tested low for ferritin and I needed to supplement. I started using this one recently and I'm very happy with it so far and look forward to testing again to see the results. But not having to think about taking extra vit c is a huge plus.
