Misleading description of number of parts

The product itself is great, no complaints, but the product description is incorrect and misleading. When we ordered, it read “1 pair of arm sleeves” and only received one, which made us think there had been an issue with the order or delivery.

I don’t know if it’s pure coincidence or if my back pain is affected by this device, but I have been using 2-3 times a day and it seems to relax me. I use option B which fills all compartments in order, holding them when filled. It seems to decompress exactly where I need it. The size chart was easy to read and follow, I didn’t have any issues getting the correct sizes. My only gripe, the air cord plug is very shallow. I’ve had it offset or pop out while going through the cycles. Otherwise I highly recommend. My wife and dad both tried it and loved how they felt after.

I bought this package for myself, I was having problems recovering from workouts after having Covid. This has helped so much in recovery. My wife was having a problem with her shoulder and is using all of the sleeves regularly and she has commented how much better she feels. Great product would recommend to anyone with muscle pain.
