Great base for bone broth
I made bone broth using these carcasses and it is delicious! Grateful for corn and soy free pastured chicken. Makes a real difference. Everything always arrives quickly, as ordered and in great condition. Thank you!

I love ordering the chicken carcasses! There is a ton of meat on them, and they make fantastic chicken stock. You can tell they are pasture raised, as th meat is dark, not like regular grocery store chickens that even the dark meat is light. I highly recommend them!!!
