Buying a plant online is something that I hardly did. For once, the shipping time is unpredictable especially during COVID. I am been search Lychee tree for months. It was rare and expensive. When I finally ordered it. I was concern the shipping. My tree TOOK almost two and half weeks to arrived. I couldn’t not track on FedEx web. Brighter blooms’s service is AMAZING. I finally called and explained my concerns. They tree may not make it. They offer solution and understanding. The produce did not turn out to be great! Eventually, I received it... very very dry tree. Still, I gave a 5 starts for the great service they offered for the element that they can’t control.
