Plant damaged during shipping

One of my Endless Summer hydrangea arrived badly damaged. I contacted customer service and they made it right by replacing the plant. This time it arrived in perfect shape.

I have spent paychecks of money for 3 years with the Fast Growing Trees company. The last few deliveries have been disappointing. I have not received what I ordered and what did arrive was pathetic. It os as if the shipping department just puts whatever is almost dead & very small into a box and shipped it. They should be fired. This is not how you run a business.

Doing well

I just planted them a few months ago in spring. They arrived with green leaves but no blooms. They just recently got some blooms and seem to be doing well. They looked a little dead for a while after planting but I could see green stems so gave it time and it’s been able to come back.
