It’s all about customer service! I had a problem or two with an order, I’m sure it’s very rare, I totally believe that with all my heart. I’m not the one to typically email or text, I just like to talk to people. Their management from South Carolina actually called and contacted me and made everything right and more, we had a nice conversation and I got to meet a new truly wonderful person, learn about their facility, and they did everything right to resolve my issue and make it even better than the original! It is so hard to find good customer services these days, or even a call back, but this is the whole reason why I will always continue shopping here for all my trees. The quality is extremely good, the value is good, and every tree is looking fantastic,! They were shipped dormant, but have lots of energy inside and are leafing out very quickly and nicely! It’s hard to find people that go the extra mile in businesses these days, but these people sure do :-) you can trust in this company, and there’s a reason they have been around for a long time. Excellent customer service and excellent products. And the shipping arrived days earlier than predicted , A+.

Two day delivery. The tree had very little damage in the shipping and was putting on leaves. I will definitely use Brighter Blooms again,

I bought a cherry and an apple tree, I received the cherry on time and with the characteristics that the price deserves. With the apple tree, I received it two weeks later, a small, recently grafted tree, with bruises, too thin and without branches, low quality for the high price.
