Great customer service

My first plant didn’t seem to be growing. I contacted them and they responded immediately and sent me a replacement at no charge under their guarantee. I am looking forward to my Miscanthus to grow fully, it looks besutivul.

The plants were just barely plants. I got so.e dirt and 3 leaves. You couldn't have sent me less and still called it Miscanthus Lady in Red. Very seriously disappointed.
