Loved it.

I ordered 2 trees from BB and 1 tree from another company NH on the same day. My order from BB arrived on time and in great condition, the trees have been planted and seem to have taken. My other order was paid for but never shipped until I contacted them the day after my BB order arrived. As of today I still haven't received my order from NH that was ordered nearly 1 month ago. I will only be ordering from BB in the future.

Hurricane sturdy

My tree was delayed by shipper once in route due to hurricane Sally by 8 days. Although tree lost all of its leaves, the tree displayed substantial structure that I wanted to keep. Customer service was willing to replace for me, but I wanted to try and save tree. This tree bounced back nicely in a week. Very pleased with tree, customer service, and this company. Will be ordering again soon.
