Bone-in New York Strip

Very disappointing experience. I paid a premium price expecting high-quality meat and proper refrigerated shipping, but when my order arrived, all of the meat was completely thawed. For the amount I paid, this is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about how the order was handled during shipping. This was my first order from Porter Road, and unfortunately it will also be my last. I expected much better quality control and packaging from a company selling meat at this price point.

I opened the package immediately on delivery. Meat was completely thawed and warm when it arrived. Threw it away.
