Dino Ribs

This review is not about taste or quality of product. Only that the way packed the meat was no longer frozen at arrival. I did not plan to cook for a couple weeks and had to put back in freezer. Concerned that quality might not br great after 2nd freeze. Will see.

If you know, you know. My only issue is the top layer of fat. Wished a portion of it was already trimmed off. But no big deal.
