Wild Atlantic Rockfish (Striped Bass)

Very tasty fish

Rockfish is a fairly new fish to me and I certainly glad that Sizzlefish gave me the opportunity to try something new. This fish is somewhat "meatier" than cod or halibut, and very tasty, with a unique texture. Highly recommended.

Great fish ! Actually taste like fish without any fishy smell, I use it in ramen noodles and baked it … all the same… great taste!
