This is one of our favorite Sizzlefish assortments, providing a diverse selection of fish that work well with different preparations and cooking methods. I appreciate how some of the fish are higher in protein, while others are higher in healthy fats, both of which are important for a balanced diet. As someone living with severe corn and soy allergies, I have to avoid farmed fish, so having a reliable, trustworthy source of wild-caught fish is such a blessing in my life.
