Wild Alaska King Salmon

I'm very satisfied with the purchase. . . Although I wish the pieces were thicker, I personally don't like thin pieces. Special for grilling. I chose Alaska King Salmon, thinking of a nice piece of fresh, delicious fish.

I'd been looking for will caught salmon for months and was disappointed to find "farmed salmon" at even finer grocery establishments. The taste and texture of this product was of superior quality. Fantastic King Salmon

My second order. One was shipped to my son in law in Arizona. He absolutely loved the flavor and texture. I prepared ours last weekend. Seared it in Avocado oil with butter, seasoned it lightly with salt and pepper. Topped it with garlic, capers, a little white wine, and topped it with fresh parsley. It took only 2 minutes to complete. Delicious 😋 What a treat! Highly recommended.
