Good blend of minerals for bone support —in theory

I have been using Vital Earth Cal-Mag liquid for 20 years. I don't even remember how I initially found the product, and I cannot make any claims as to whether it has supported my bones' density and /or function. I have moderate to severe osteoarthritis in wrists, thumbs, neck and lumbar spine, and given the history and progression, Cal-Mag liquid has certainly NOT eased the progression or severity,BUT it is one of very few trustworthy, clean products on the market., so I keep taking it. I do notice it has become much thinner than it used to be, which is curious.

I could say ALOT but mostly I can tell the difference when I take this liquid compared to others, no muscle cramps, calmer feeling, better sleep, the others don’t give that!

Formulation is easy to digest and result has been as expected. Best calcium supplement that I have discovered.
