Great ingredients, great product!

First of all, I love that these products come in glass. Always a good sign that the ingredients are worth protecting. Love that folate is used and not folic acid.. That’s the other thing I love about these products is the fact that they’re organic and not filled with fillers and preservatives! Taste is great. The change in mood is subtle but I know consistency is key and vitamin b is soo good for mood and brain clarity!

Maybe works to well

Maybe B12 was pretty low and I started taking the 15 mg drops and just recently had my labs done and I was way over 1500 so I had to stop taking for a little bit and should accurately measure it out works great but just don’t overdo it
