Pretty good stuff.

Pretty new to the post recovery/supplement game and this stuff isnt bad. With a blend bottle, it's pretty good. It's not chalky like protein smoothies from the 90s. I'd buy it again.

Seems they fixed whatever used to cause me to choke whenever I drank this. That is not a problem anymore.

It works!

I use this after riding and change the amount used depending on the length of my ride never taking more that the suggested dosage. It rejuvenates and calms.
