I really like this chair, it is very comfortable and helps me sit up better instead of sloughing. I especially like the movable seat.

Potential Improvements

I am very pleased with this chair, so this is in not a complaint. I wanted to give you some thoughts for optional upgrades. 1) the foam seat: I am somewhat dense, so it comes down to a PSI issue; I will bottom out in every chair. Could you offer as an option a 2.5" foam seat comprised of say .5" of denser foam as a base layer with 2" of currently used foam on top. Or maybe that gelflex grid as a base layer filled with foam (into and on top of). 2) a way to add height to the arm rests; a spacer or something. ...I have never in my life encountered a chair that I didnt immediately pull the armrests all the way as high as they would go and wish they would go further.

I love my chair.
