Think chair is as good as new with new seat cushion and back. Very high quality.

Chair comfort is better than new

The seat pad is thicker than the original, and the fabric is attractive and comfortable. The back fabric looks original. With these additions, the used chair that I purchased looks and feels like new (maybe better). These are very high quality products, and I could not be more pleased.

Great way to spruce up an old chair.

If you have a Think chair V1 and like it then this is a great way to go versus buying a new one. I was a little worried ordering a mesh back because my original had a padded one but everything fit fine. It is difficult to get the new pads put back on though. You need a lot of hand strength and some time to force the edge of the pad into the right slot and get it clicked in place. Would be daunting if you had to do more than a couple chairs.
