Delivered on time. No enroute damage. Easy to assemble -- great directions. After reviewing an online video on how to make the self-customization adjustments, that process also went easily along. So far I am very satisfied with how the chair is performing!

Exactly what I wanted start to finish

Ive been working at home for 5 years now and wanted to upgrade my desk chair. The cost, service, mission, and execution were all excellent. Definitely recommended for anyone.

Better Than New And Far Less Expensive

This is the 4th chair I've purchased from Crandall, and I doubt I will ever look elsewhere. I had been sitting in Steelcase Criterion chairs for 30 year but looked for something a bit..."more". The Gesture is that. It is more flexible than any Herman Miller I have tried and more comfortable. I am in a far more neutral posture now and what was a challenge to sit through (baseball game, movie) is now a comfortable. I was concerned about the lack of seat pitch adjustment in this model, but I found immediately that I do not miss it. This remanufactured chair is is fact better than new. The choice of material from Crandall has expanded over the years and I much as I like the Steelcase designs, their materials choices/offerings were not what I would want (this was not always true). The material quality and choices is better is better than OEM. The selection of wheels is better, the options are less expensive and better quality than what Steelcase charges new. The reman padding and stuffing is as good, if not better than OEM (cannot be sure - have not owned an OEM Gesture). Less expensive: I got this chair for the same price (a few bucks less) than an Authorized Return would have cost from Crandall, and the fabric is better than OEM. They shoot, they score, they win!
