Always perfect texture to the croissants and sweets that are not too sweet

I love the quality of Mariposa's bakery. These are hands down the best GF croissants I have ever had. Truly buttery (a la francaise) and flakey. The almond horns were reminiscent of Eastern European bakeries I was able to frequent before identifying my allergy - with just the right sweetness.

So delicious they taste like non-GF croissants!

I initially found another GF company advertising free croissants but was disappointed to find out the free croissants were not GF. This started me on a search to find GF croissants and I found Mariposa. These were soooo delicious and taste like regular croissants! I know some people complained about them being oily but that is just natural with croissants. I would not say they’re overly greasy. They taste even better warmed in the air fryer so it crisps the tops. They are great alone or used as a turkey sandwich. I always add these to my order when restocking.

Finally a Croissant that is GF and takes me back to France!

This is the ONLY GF croissant that is like an authentic croissant! It is moist inside firm on the outside, and breaks apart perfectly. Most importantly, it is delicious! Thank you.
