I am still not sure to be honest, but i do suffer from restless leg syndrome which drives me insane and keeps me awake. I do like it though and won't give up on it just yet.

The first night, the new (ish) pup woke me up at 5:30 as usual - and I fell back asleep. The second night, I not only fell asleep when she got me up at 2:30, I struggled to wake at 6:30. Now, one week in, I'm fairly certain I can get back to sleep whatever she does. Yay for secure attachment in the pup and decent sleep for me. Thank you.

Genuinely seems to help with my sleep. Didn’t think it would taste that good looking at the ingredients but it’s enjoyable.
