This is my second purchase from my first order and I have to say,it’s amazing! It’s refined masculinity in a bottle. Wearing this definitely gives you the edge up on other men. If you don’t believe me, then you are that man. Very happy with this purchase and the ladies around me too :) Cant wait for their new collections to come.

Received the product totally destroyed inside of the shipping package. The top of the bottle busted away from the rest of the bottle and shardes of glass could be heard rattling around inside the package without opening... The 1 star... it did smell good. Too bad it had to be tossed in the bin. Thomson Carter has assured a replacement at no cost thus far. That was days ago and still awaiting the warehouse to fullfill the order and ship it out. Customer service has stated: July 21 We do apologise about this! I have organised a replacement to be processed today. We can't provide tracking information but it will be prioritised. If you haven't received it within 10 working days, please let us know. QJuly 24 Your replacement order has already been arranged for dispatch. Once it has been processed by our warehouse, the tracking information will be updated and shared with you. Not exactly sure why the "next day shipping " is going to take a week at the writing of the review.

Fabulous packaging and Thomas Carter bag - am already wearing Smoke & Mirrors which is great, hope the ladies love it too. Looking forward to trying Lillum Blume which came as a free sample. Pretty sure I’ll be ordering larger sizes.
