Keeps the coffee very hot it's very good I've only used it for hot things not for cold but it's very good and handy size anyone disappointing thing I can say is it doesn't fit into my car holder in my Audi so I can't take it out with me unless I transfer it into another cup so perhaps you could look at that but otherwise no complaints
