High quality just not super outstanding

I made cold brew and iced coffee with it and it was good. I think the near-medium roast level wasn't for me as I drink it black. But it would definitely stand up to a little cream and sugar. I did add a pinch of salt to tame the mild bitterness. FYI I used the Hoffman iced coffee technique with the Clever dripper and have been impressed with that device.

I'm impressed!

I'm finally making home cold brew that tastes just like the ones from the coffee shops... Or dare I say, better? I've ordered Cold Brew Cadet a few times and it's consistently good. Smooth, rich, and delicious.

Smooth cold brew

This coffee makes a smooth cold brew coffee. Other coffees have a sweetness that I just don't like, this has just the right level to make a great cup of cold brew.
