This is my second Twig + Tale pattern, and I am so happy to have found them. I am a beginner sewist, but I've made a romper before. The clear detailed instructions, made this a really fun sew in comparison. I felt guided the entire time. There are a ton of options for customizing, and I'm already planning another one for my big girl. I also love that this can be used with knit fabric as well. I'm not quite there yet, but I'm glad to have that option. I used leftover fabric from my stash for the kangaroo pocket and facings. I chose size 12-18 months for my two-year-old based on his chest measurement and the shortest hem. I cut the back elastic for size 18-24. It's not the most idealic picture, but it's the best I can do for now haha!

So many compliments

This was so fun and quick to make. My daughter loves it. And wherever she goes she gets so many compliments for her pants with big pockets

Unfortunately I haven't had the time to make yet but love all the choices and adaptations which are possible.
