Kirari 31 from Shizuoka

as a latte, it's creamy, smooth, and super easy to drink. i got elegant floral notes with a subtle fruity sweetness, which is new to me. there's also a slight tanginess that adds a refreshing touch, plus a hint of bitterness that gives the drink more depth and balance.

They were right when they said this matcha feels like a breath of fresh air. So refreshingly unique. It has a pleasant bitterness balanced by a gentle astringency that's so addictive. The finish is beautifully fruity and floral, lingering on the tongue for awhile long after the last sip. The caffeine content of this one seems higher than most matcha I've tried. I felt a bit jittery after drinking it, which I rarely experience with matcha. Or maybe it was just because my tummy was empty when I had it. always have something to eat first. HAHA! My first tin from Rebel Bunny, and it definitely didn't disappoint.
