Stops the wobble of a much-loved bottle

I had a bottle for years that had gone on so many adventures with me it started to get a wobble from the dents in the bottom where I had dropped it and generally given it a rough life. The bottle still worked great maintaining temperature, but was a little unstable when sitting on a surface. The bottle boot not only protects it from further dents, it also levels the bottom and gives it some grip. The bottle now sits upright and doesn't easily tip over. For just a few dollars, this boot helped me save my bottle from the landfill.

Protects the bottle and makes it harder to fit in bottle holders

While I appreciate the protection this boot offers,and how well it stays put, I can no longer get it to fit in the mesh bottle holder on my backpack. The bottle already didn't fit well in my car's cup holders, so I expected the boot would make it too big to fit at all. So, it protects the bottle but also results in me needing to carry it more, which makes me more likely to drop it.

This is my first time purchasing a boot for my water bottle and I should have done it sooner! I love that it gives a pop of color but also protects my bottle.
