Great Performance, but Disappointed by Cosmetic Shipping Damage

The setup process for this griddle was incredibly easy. Following along with the instructions on the app made assembly a breeze, and I really appreciated that Current included a nice quality screwdriver in the box to help get the job done. Functionally, everything works perfectly and it has been really enjoyable to cook on. However, I am docking one star due to the condition it arrived in. The griddle was pretty dinged up out of the box, which I am assuming happened during shipping. A lot of the finish is rubbed off on the front, and there is a fairly large gash/ding in one of the side arms. Aesthetically, I’m a bit disappointed that a brand-new unit arrived with cosmetic damage, but since it performs wonderfully and does exactly what I need it to do, I still highly recommend it.

Arrived banged up but . . . .

hello , just wanted to say that besides the fact that the bbq arrived banged up on the 4 corners . and when i first call your custumer service team was very accommodating aftyer they review the fotos and offer a discount in order fro us to keep the bbq . so i hope gonna enjoy this bbq . and my 5 stars goes to your customer service thank you

Better than anticipated

I was skeptical about an electric griddle, but I must say that I have been completely satisfied with the performance. The unit arrived with some damage, but customer service was great to work with to get the issue resolved. Would highly recommend any Current product!
