Cast Iron Sizzle Plates

Fantastic cast iron plates

These plates have made grilling much easier and more versatile for me. I like that I can choose how many plates to use depending on what I’m cooking, while still leaving part of the grill open for "direct flame" searing. They also do a great job keeping the grill cleaner and help prevent vegetables and smaller foods from sticking or falling apart through the grates. One unexpected bonus is that they essentially turn part of the grill into a flat-top surface, which lets me cook things like bacon and pancakes outdoors. The included handle is very useful for moving the plates around safely, although I honestly wish Current included two or three handles instead of just one since the plates can get very hot during larger cooks. Overall, these add a lot of flexibility to the grill and have been a worthwhile upgrade for me.

Great pans but a little small

the pans work very well but I wish they were a little larger
