My first pizza oven
For many years I cooked pizza in my home oven without success. Recently I started watching videos on how to make pizza at home. Many showed them using various pizza ovens from electric to wood fired. I wanted electric to use in my house and could make various styles of pizza. Of the ovens I reviewed Current Model P had the most versatility and reliability. I bought it and finally making professional pizza at home.

So far So Good!!
I come from making pizza in the home oven, and I've only made Chicago Tavern/Bar Thin Crust Style Pizza and Detroit Style on my Model P so far. The preset time and temp for the thin crust pizza was dead on as far as I'm concerned. The Detroit Style setting I will have to play with, my first Detroit Style Pizza in a 10x14 Lloyd's pan was not very good, and seemed soggy and not fully cooked, and this is a dough recipe and pan I have been using for a few years now. I will probably try par baking the dough on the bake setting at 500ish temp for a few minutes next time. Current suggests there is no need to par bake Detroit, but I have always had good results in home oven with that technique. Current also suggests there is no need to turn your pizzas during baking, but I have been doing that for years, so why stop. I do like how the timer pauses when you open the door to turn or check on the pizza, etc. The manual does not mention it, but there are 2 mini stops on the sides of the steel rack that stone sits on. You can use these stops to slide the stone on the rack out to make it easier to launch or turn a pizza. I only wish they had a feature like some of the newer competing ovens have where you can push a button to cook top or bottom longer. Maybe they can do something with a firmware update. App is pretty good; I haven't adjusted or played with it too much. I've used it more to monitor griddle temps which I have the Current as well. All in all, so far so good. Will try Neapolitan Style, and Chicago Deep Dish next and see how those come out.

Awesome
As close to my wood fire oven as possible. During winter was amazing. Had an issue with my first oven and it was taken care of immediately. Strongly recommend to anyone who wants good pizza.
