Never received item. Contacted Simplehuman. Item had been sitting in Arizona for some time due to weather issues???? Then somehow, it made its way to Franklin, Ma and I never heard another thing. Now, I’m told a replacement is being sent out with no additional charges as the first order was lost. I asked if it could be sent quickly as I am in need of this since i ordered it. That would have been the proper thing to do but no. I just want my money returned but that idea was turned down as well. Please don’t order from this once great company but no longer knows the meaning of good customer service!
