Still getting used to the barbecue I have noticed you can’t put too much on it at one time or it can’t maintain the heat you had adjusted it too. i’m still happy with my purchase. Just need to figure it out a little more. I like the quality of the accessories and barbecue as well. You can tell they’re built well.
