Pizza Peel

Easy to use

I use this Pizza bill with my new current Pizza oven at a barbecue contest over the weekend. I felt like a real Pizza chef. I tried a couple of different brands and had trouble with the pizza crust sticking to the pizza peel. I didn’t have trouble with this one at all. Absolutely would recommend it.

Great quality

This is a very nice quality pizza peel. It was easy to assemble with the included screwdriver set and hangs nicely on the back of my pantry door (from the built in hook) to keep it out of the way but also easily accessible. It comes with the nicest screwdriver set I have ever seen as part of the "free" included tools in a purchased item and even the screwdriver is branded. Quality top to bottom. Really unbelievable in this day of disposable everything. This will be with me for a very very long time.

Makes pizza production with Model P much much easier.

I was using a wooden peel with my model P and it work ok but this peel fits the oven better and makes the entire process easier. The photos are of my Model P on my custom made rolling pizza station.
